Due to recent international restrictions on shipments from the United Kingdom, we cannot ship any fragrances, using a standard service. This means that from February we have had to stop international ordering of these products by our standard Royal Mail services. However, we can ship using an Express delivery Courier to certain European countries.

All restrictions are shown on the product pages in the product information and on the basket page when an non-UK country is selected. We will also contact you personally to confirm costs and timing of delivery in this instance.


Orders are made through this website, or by post. Payment may be made on-line via our secure PAYPAL link.

Only 4 perfumed alcohol containers (up to 150ml each) can be sent in one parcel. If you are purchasing samples alongside goods please be aware that a sample of 2ml of fragrance is considered as 1 perfumed alcohol container.

Orders over £150 in value qualify for free postage.

Items will be sent First Class, and should be delivered within 24 hours.

Cost of Guaranteed Delivery to the Channel Islands is higher, at £10.00, and can only be guaranteed to arrive by 1pm.

All product order deliveries will require a signature on arrival.

If goods are not immediately available, the supply time will take longer but you will be notified if this is the case by email or telephone.

All Next Day Guaranteed Deliveries must be placed before 11am of the preceding day and are only processed Monday - Friday not including bank holidays.

Returns Policy

We do not offer refunds on any purchases. In no circumstances can we offer a credit note or exchange goods that have been opened or used. For this reason we strongly recommend that you make use of the sample service to try before you buy. Once opened perfumes cannot be returned for subjective reasons.

If you are purchasing a fragrance as a gift we are happy to provide an accompanying free sample so that the recipient may try the fragrance for suitability before opening the gift.

We take great care to package your fragrance securely.
Should goods arrive faulty, we will provide a replacement or credit note as appropriate. The faulty item should be returned with all the packaging and accessories as purchased along with the receipt and relevant documents within 28 days of purchase. As a gesture of goodwill we may refund the cost of the return postage (it is therefore advised that the item also be returned by recorded delivery). We can not replace goods or provide a credit note until we are in receipt of the faulty products.
